§ 50-34. Disposal of goods with compressors.

Persons who are residents of the county shall be charged $15.00 for the disposal of each item of white goods with compressors unless the county is provided with certification that all freon has been properly drained and disposed of. White goods from outside the county shall not be disposed of at the county's landfill/collection centers. Nonresidents of the county shall not be allowed to dispose of white goods at the county's landfill/collection centers.
