§ 54-4. Relationship to zoning ordinance.

  • Compliance with this chapter and with the zoning ordinance, is mandatory. No subdivision plat shall be approved unless and until it shall be determined that the same complies with the zoning ordinance. Subdivisions that are prepared consistent with approved Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) or other similar master plans, shall be subject to the road and lot layout design and improvement standards provided for, and as specifically approved in, that master plan. If conflicts in minimum dimensional requirements or interpretations are found to exist, the zoning ordinance shall be controlling.
