§ 74-71. Enforcement.

Latest version.

This chapter shall be enforced by the administrator, who shall be appointed by the board of supervisors. The administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors. Compensation for such shall be fixed by resolution of the board of supervisors.
