§ 22. Payment to the county.

Grantee shall pay to the county annually the amount equal to five percent of the annual gross operating revenues during the year for the right to use the public streets and other facilities of the county in operation of the CATV system and for municipal supervision thereof. Such fee shall be paid annually not later than May 15 of any year. Any late payments shall be subject to a ten percent late charge on the amount due with interest thereon at the rate of 12 percent per annum.
