§ 24. Term of franchise.

The franchise and rights granted hereunder shall take effect and be in force from and after the final passage thereof, as provided by law and upon filing of acceptance and all other instruments and required herein by grantee with the board of supervisors of Cumberland County, Virginia, and shall continue in force and effect for a term of 15 years.
