§ 31. Amendments to this ordinance.

Latest version.

At any time during the term of any franchise granted pursuant to this ordinance, the county or grantee may propose amendments to this franchise ordinance by giving written notice of such proposed amendments to all other parties directly affected by such proposals and the county and grantee shall within a reasonable time after such notice negotiate in good faith to agree on a mutually satisfactory amendment.
