§ 10. Rules and regulations governing operation.

Grantee shall render its service in accordance with the rules and regulations as specified herein, in the county now applicable to their operation, or such rules and regulations as may be hereafter promulgated by the county or by any public regulatory agency of the State of Virginia or the United States.
