§ 14. Emergency use of facilities.

In the case of any emergency or disaster, grantee shall, upon request of the board of supervisors, make its facilities accessible to the county for use during such emergency or disaster period, provided such access is technically feasible, subject to such standards as the FCC may prescribe pursuant to section 16(b) of the 1992 cable act (amending section 624 of the Communications Act of 1934 relating to emergency information).
