Obscene materials.
Grantee agrees that upon the request of a subscriber the grantee shall provide (by
sale or lease) a device by which the subscriber can prohibit viewing of a particular
cable service during periods selected by that subscriber.
20-2.
Hearing impaired.
Upon request of a subscriber, grantee agrees to lease or sell equipment to the subscriber
that facilitates the reception of basic cable service by hearing impaired individuals.
20-3.
Removal of facilities.
Upon termination of service to any subscriber, grantee shall promptly remove all its
facilities and equipment from the premises of such subscriber upon request of the
subscriber.
