§ 8. Application to FCC.

Grantee shall, within 60 days from the date of the acceptance of its franchise, make proper application to the FCC for all permits, licenses or approvals required by law for the construction and operation of a CATV system and shall promptly and diligently pursue the granting of all applicable FCC permits.
